Frederick Campus

Located in Downtown Frederick at 451 Oak Street.

• Go East on Hwy 52 until Colorado Blvd.
• Go North on Colorado, until you come to Fifth Street (about 3 city blocks)
• Go East on Fifth St and look for LIFE's Welcome team. They will direct you to the parking lot.
• Services are currently held in the space on the East side of the Miner's Square Building.

• Head East on 119 until you come to CO 13 (or Colorado Blvd).
• Go South for a couple of miles until you come upon Fifth Street
• Go East on Fifth St and look for LIFE's Welcome team. They will direct you to the parking lot.
• Services are currently held in the space on the East side of the Miner's Square Building.
